Attention Crew 342:
Here is our latest newsletter. This is all the information you need to know as discussed
at the last few meetings.

1- Bethlehem United Methodist (our sponsor church) is doing a blood drive on July 24
from 2:30PM to 7:00PM. This is going to be done to help the church and for service hours.
You need to make your plans to attend if possible.

2- Don't forget about the pool party we are having on August 18! This is a recruitment
party and we need to get people interested in attending and joining. We already have
some good looking posters, thanks to Dean and McCrae, that we will have at the next
meeting. We will also need some volunteers to post them at specific places around town.

3- We have a draft of the promotional video for the crew done. The final version might
be done as soon as the next meeting. If you were not there to see first draft at the
last meeting you missed something really cool. 

4- The next meeting will be July 19, 2007. Don't miss it!
